1.The working flow of glass washing machine: after flat glass is placed on the loading section, drive rollers convey the glass into the pre-washing section for water spraying from upper nozzles. The glass then moves into the washing section for brushing cleaning with pure water. Afterwards, it enters the air drying section and is blown dry by special high-pressure air knives to achieve thorough cleaning and drying.
Equipped with a pre-washing system with high-pressure water jets to flush the glass surface and enhance cleaning performance.
Three pairs of washing brushes; optional 2 or 3 pairs of hard brushes. One soft brush is installed on the top of the washing section for Low-E glass, to protect the top coating layer of glass.
The air-drying section adopts 2 or 3 sets of high-efficiency air knives constructed with stainless steel and aluminum profiles.
Rubber roller transmission is equipped with digital frequency conversion for variable speed adjustment, featuring stable, reliable and long-lasting performance.
The full machine cover and water tank are made of stainless steel.
The machine body can be lifted up to 350mm at maximum, facilitating inspection and maintenance.
A PLC control system is available as an option, enabling easy connection with high-speed edging machines or automatic loaders.
