1.Solution Description

 After the glass is processed by the No. 2 double-edging machine (short edge grinding) in the edging section, it enters the online chamfering process section. The equipment for the online chamfering process consists of a variable-speed transition table + a four-head chamfering machine. When the glass comes out of the No. 2 double-edging machine, the transition table receives the glass from the discharge port of the double-edging machine, and then the glass is transferred to the waiting position of the chamfering machine. After the processing position glass is processed, the three pieces of glass are shuttled and transported at the same time, that is, the waiting position glass enters the processing positions 1 and 2, the No. 1 and 2 positions glass enter the 3.4 positions, and the No. 3 and 4positions glass enter the cleaning machine or other processes.

  Equipped with 4 sets of automatic camera positioning devices (CCD) to solve the problem of uneven chamfering caused by diagonal deviation and size deviation caused by edge grinding, ensuring automatic correction within the error range.

There are 4 sets of chamfering machine grinding head motors in total. For glass below 12MM, the motor can be equipped with 3 wheels (for glass above 12MM, only 2 wheels can be installed). Each set of grinding heads is composed of three sets of servos, and the entire solution including transmission is composed of 15 sets of servos.

The suspension structure is adopted, and the screw guide rails are all on the top of the machine, which has good waterproof effect and prolongs the service life of the screw guide rails.

Windows system computer, easy to operate. The system has data saving function, which is convenient for workers to use in daily life.

The processing accuracy can reach about 10 threads! Chamfering the C corner forms two safety fillets at the same time, and the size of the safety corner can be selected. The 4 corners that need to be chamfered are different. Just enter the size of each R angle separately, and you can chamfer them all at once.

The elastic polishing system + automatic polishing compensation system solves the problems of dull chamfering and white edges during processing.

Servo + lead screw, shuttle glass transmission method is adopted to solve the shortcomings of small glass belt transmission easily going off track and strip glass cannot be connected.
