SGDE12040 Glass Double Edging Machine
1. Description: SGDE12040 Glass Double Edging Machine is double belt and double bridge design, it is suitable for process supper narrow glass strip, the machine can equipped with 8 grinding motors or 12 grinding motors, minimum glass width is 40mm, the max.glass width is 500mm.
2. Structure Features: 1. The Panasonic PLC system, operation MCGS bright color touch screen interface, operation is simple and convenient.
2. Double Taiwan TBI ball screw and HIWIN linear guide rail slider, ensure that the width adjusting precision and speed.
3. Upper & lower conveying belt using Italy synchronous belt, synchronous driving. the upper and lower beam and large regulating grinding wheel, convenient replacement and maintenance.
4. MCGS 10.7 inch touch screen display clearly the working parameters, equipment such as faults, software can guide the operator through the error code to solve the problem, the control system of automatic setting machine into the work.
5. All motors use Chinese CDQC are available , ensure the grinding stability,
