1.The main core of the equipment adopts aluminum profile material as the structure, and the steel welding is used as the leg structure, there is no scrap concept, and any one of the components can be replaced separately. However, it can achieve permanent use, high efficiency and 70% energy saving, The rest of the sheet adopt metal material.

2.The conveyor rubber roller of the whole machine adopts vulcanized rubber 45# steel shaft structure(acid liquid forbidden)

3.The metal parts of washing part and the water contacting part are all made of stainless steel

4.The washing section and air-drying section are raised and lowered as a whole, and the maximum lift is 380mm, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.

6.Two pairs of special stainless steel aluminum alloy air knife, which has large wind and good drying effect with the air heating system, the speed of it can be up to 8-10/min.

7.The high pressure air blower has an air filter on it which can ensure the air volume and air-drying effect. The upper part of air-drying section adopt the flute principle to reduce noise.

8.Main drive is gear transmission, frequency conversion speed control and PLC touch screen. Brushes are driven by upper and lower motors with belts which have smooth speed and long service life.

9.There are Mechanical buttons on the panel which is convenient to operate and the best way to reduce labour while connecting with a line.

10.The caliber of air knife is 125mm

11.Hot air heating function and the temperature is adjustable. Each pair of air knife adopt hot air heating function and can be used or not.

12.The water tank of the washing machine is external which is convenient to clean, change and check.
