Overview
1.The main core of the equipment adopts aluminum profile material as the structure, and the steel welding is used as the leg structure, there is no scrap concept, and any one of the components can be replaced separately. However, it can achieve permanent use, high efficiency and 70% energy saving, The rest of the sheet adopt metal material.
2.The conveyor rubber roller of the whole machine adopts vulcanized rubber 45# steel shaft structure(acid liquid forbid)
3.The metal parts of washing part and the water contact part are all made of stainless steel
4.The washing section and air-drying section are raised and lowered as a whole, and the maximum lift is 400mm, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
5.Three pairs of brush, 45# steel shaft configuration which can wash LOW-E glass, ordinary coated glass and solar glass without damaging the surface)
6.Two pairs of special stainless steel aluminum alloy air knife, which has large wind and good drying effect with the air heating system, the speed of it is 8-15/min.
7.Two high pressure air blowers are integrated which the power is 18.5kw and 11kw. The inlet of air blower is equipped with an air filter which can ensure the air volume and air-drying effect. The upper part of air-drying section adopt the flute principle to reduce noice. The entire air blower is installed on the top the machine.
8.Main drive is gear transmission, frequency conversion speed control and PLC touch screen. Brush roller of washing section is driven by upper and lower motors with belts which has smooth speed and long service life.
9.Mechanical button control which is convenient to operate and the best way to reduce labour while connecting with a line.
10.The diameter of air knife is 125mm
11.Hot air heating function which the temperature is adjustable. Each pair of air knife adopt hot air heating function and can be used or not.
12.The water tank of the washing machine is external which is convenient to clean, change and inspect.
